1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 1/2 cups of shredded carrots
2 cups of oyster mushrooms, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 tsp five spice powder
2 tsp soy sauce
Egg roll wrappers
Raspberry Sauce
1 small jar spreadable raspberry jam (no sugar)
1/4 cup lime juice
Red chili pepper flakes
Place cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, onions, five spice powder and soy sauce in large skillet. Cook on medium high heat and stir constantly until wilted. Then add to egg roll wrappers and put water on the corners to seal. Put in air fryer for 8-9 minutes, and flip half way during cooking. Dip in raspberry sauce or your favorite sweet and sour sauce. Extra filling can be frozen for future.
